SB 5867 - DIGEST

     Creates the office of administrative law to review all administrative rules delivered to it for filing with the office of the code reviser.

     Authorizes the office to approve or disapprove a rule.

     Provides for review of the office's determination.

     Establishes procedures for repeal and removal of inoperative rules.
