(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the governor to enter into compacts and agreements with governors of other states for the deployment of the national guard concerning drug interdiction, counter-drug, and demand reduction activities.

     Adopts the national guard mutual assistance counter-drug activities compact.
