SB 5901 - DIGEST

     Establishes the community investment finance authority.

     Abolishes the higher education facilities authority, the economic development finance authority, the housing finance commission, and the health care facilities authority and transfers their powers, duties, and functions to the community investment finance authority.

     Repeals RCW 28B.07.030, 43.163.020, 43.180.040, 43.180.160, and 70.37.030.
