(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Directs the department of employment security to undertake a study which will review incentives to encourage workers drawing unemployment insurance benefits to seek employment opportunities.

     Requires a report by December 31, 1996.

     Makes an appropriation of four hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
