SB 6010 - DIGEST

     Creates the science and environmental policy panel.

     Directs the panel to develop procedures for providing scientific information and peer review by specialists at the higher education institutions.

     Authorizes local government units to seek scientific consultation under the act.

     Repeals RCW 43.21A.170, 43.21A.180, 43.21A.190, 43.21A.200, and 43.21A.210.
