(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises provisions of RCW 66.40.030 pertaining to an election upon the question of whether the sale of liquor under class H licenses shall be permitted within the unit.

     Declares that the addition of new territory to a city, town, or county shall not extend the prohibition against the sale of liquor under class H licenses to the new territory.
