SB 6056 - DIGEST

     Establishes requirements for a petition to a community review board to restore firearm rights after a conviction.

     Provides that a person convicted of a class A felony is not eligible for firearm possession rights restoration.

     Requires the maintenance of a master file of all persons adjudicated mentally incompetent to possess firearms.
