Requires the owner of the property to place a notice in the records of real property kept by the county auditor.
Requires records to be maintained of any remedial action taken.
Requires a seller of real property to notify a purchaser of a release of hazardous substances on the property during the prior twenty years.
Limits required notice to those releases that are of a magnitude that may cause a significant adverse impact to human health or the environment.
