SB 6080 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that a person who wrongfully causes damage to the lands is liable to the injured party for treble the amount of the damages.

     Authorizes the recovery of litigation costs.

     Authorizes treble damages for damage to publicly owned personal property on public lands.
