     Authorizes the treasurer of the county in which a public facilities district is located to be the treasurer for the district.

     Authorizes the board of directors to establish the basic requirements governing methods and amounts of reimbursement to district officials, to purchase liability insurance, and to grant a request for an attorney to defend actions against district officials.

     Authorizes the districts to issue revenue bonds to fund revenue generating facilities.
