SB 6101-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Provides for civil penalties not exceeding one thousand dollars per violation per day of the provisions of chapters 16.49 and 16.74 RCW.

     Prohibits a criminal and civil penalty from being imposed for the same violation.
