SB 6130 - DIGEST

     Provides that a party that prevails in a judicial review of an agency action shall be awarded costs not to exceed ten thousand dollars.

     Requires the costs to be paid by the agency.

     Requires an annual report to the legislature on the amount of costs awarded pursuant to the act.
