SB 6194 - DIGEST

     Requires children under four or under forty pounds in weight to be in a child restraint system.

     Requires children between four and six and at least forty pounds in weight to be restrained by a safety belt.

     Removes the monetary penalty for failure to show proof of acquisition of a restraint system after an infraction.
