SB 6197 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the shipment of not more than two cases of wine for personal use, and not for resale, from an out-of-state licensee to a resident of the state over twenty-one years of age.

     Requires reciprocal shipping privileges for licensees in this state.

     Prohibits soliciting customers in the state.

     Repeals RCW 66.12.190, 66.12.200, 66.12.210, and 66.12.220.
