SB 6212 - DIGEST

     Requires an agency to prepare a small business economic impact statement when adopting a rule.

     Directs the business assistance center to adopt rules for determining when a proposed rule will impose more than minor costs on business.

     Specifies methods to reduce the costs on small businesses.

     Repeals RCW 19.85.010, 19.85.060, and 19.85.080.
