     Prohibits charter schools from affiliation with religious institutions.

     Develops conditions and requirements for all charter schools.

     Limits admission of students.

     Establishes a board of trustees for the school.

     Establishes funding provisions.

     Makes an appropriation of an unspecified amount to carry out the purposes of the act.
