SB 6245 - DIGEST

     Directs a public transportation benefit area having a population of four hundred thousand or more to distribute a portion of its transit sales tax revenues to the county legislative body representing an unincorporated transit benefit area for public transportation purposes in the area.

     Establishes conditions for the distribution.

     Requires local matching funds.
