SB 6262 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the agencies from entering into an agreement for the services of a service provider who has made a contribution to the state treasurer during the current or preceding election cycle.

     Requires a service provider to certify that it will not make a contribution to a candidate for state treasurer.

     Includes in the definition of an executive state officer under RCW 42.17.2401 the assistant treasurer, deputy treasurer, legal counsel, and investment officer.
