(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the state to enter into an interstate compact with the states of California, Idaho, and Oregon to protect and restore coastal ecosystems to sustain natural production of native salmonid fish species.

     Authorizes the state to participate in cooperative agreements until a compact is signed.
