SB 6275 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a party to a parenting plan to initiate a petition alleging residential interference.

     Requires notice to the alleged violator and provides for an administrative hearing.

     Authorizes additional time with the child to be awarded the prevailing party.

     Requires the losing party to pay costs and a civil penalty.

     Authorizes a petition to change residential time provisions of a parenting plan after two violations.
