SB 6321 - DIGEST

     Directs the department of community, trade, and economic development to promote and assist in the formation of flexible networks by associate development organizations in which small businesses can identify common needs and opportunities.

     Authorizes the award of grants to assist the formation of the networks.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
