SB 6322 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the development of a program that will stimulate and encourage the development of new products by the infusion of financial aid for invention and innovation in industrial and commercial development.

     Creates an advisory committee to assist in the evaluation and selection of projects seeking financing under the program.
