SB 6329 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the contract for the services of an underwriter or service provider that has made a contribution to the state officer, agency officer, or political subdivision officer responsible for selecting the provider.

     Requires the service providers to agree not to make a contribution to a candidate for the office responsible for selecting service providers.

     Includes state treasurer professional staff members in the term "executive state officer" for the purposes of RCW 42.17.240.
