(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that special occasion licensees holding either a class G or J license may purchase beer or wine from a retailer duly licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption or from a duly licensed wholesaler.

     Authorizes beer manufacturers to advertise, pour, or dispense their beer at beer tasting or judging events.
