SB 6378 - DIGEST

     Requires each employer to pay to the unemployment compensation administration fund an administrative cost assessment determined by the commissioner.

     Designates the procedure for calculating the assessment.

     Prohibits employers from deducting any part of the assessment from the employer's compensation.
