SB 6449 - DIGEST

     Provides that delivery of a pistol to a person under the age of twenty-one is a class C felony.

     Revises sentencing requirements for youth violence.

     Revises the Washington intrastate corrections compact.

     Makes an appropriation of ten million dollars to make block grants to the thirty-nine counties to prevent youth violence and enhance detention programs.
