SB 6488 - DIGEST

     Requires that one-half of moneys previously paid into the fund be directed to enhanced purses and one-half be dedicated to construction of a permanent thoroughbred racing facility in Western Washington.

     Requires the appropriation to the horse racing commission to be used only for construction of a horse racing facility.
