SB 6504 - DIGEST

     Declares that a regulatory order may be issued only when an existing right to the use of water is immediately threatened to be impaired.

     Requires adequate notice of, and time to remedy, an alleged violation.

     Requires efforts to mediate the issues that give rise to the potential order.

     Declares that an order issued pursuant to RCW 43.27A.190 shall be stayed immediately for a period of twenty-one days, and be appealable to a superior court.
