SB 6534 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the giving away of cigarettes or tobacco products in person, through the mail, or by redemption of a coupon at no cost.

     Designates enforcement procedures.

     Repeals RCW 70.155.050, 70.155.060, and 70.155.070.
