SB 6603 - DIGEST

     Creates the water adjudication department within the superior court to have jurisdiction over all proceedings for the determination of water rights under RCW 90.03.110.

     Requires the preparation of a plan for initiating and completing the adjudication of all water rights claims in the state by July 1, 2014.

     Repeals RCW 90.03.160, 90.03.170, 90.03.180, 90.03.190, and 90.03.243.
