     On page 38, line 22, after "violation" strike "that" and insert ": (a) That"

     On page 38, line 23, after "harm" strike "," and insert "; (b) that"

     On page 38, line 24, after "harm" strike ", or" and insert "; (c) that"

     On page 38, line 26, after "dollars" insert "; or (d) of fishing, hunting, or trapping rules of the department of fish and wildlife, including rules relating to seasons, limits, geographical areas, and safety"

     On page 41, after line 11, insert the following:

     "(3)  This section shall not apply to the enforcement of fishing, hunting, or trapping laws or rules."

EFFECT:  Exempts the enforcement of fishing, hunting, and trapping laws from the technical assistance provisions of the bill.
