     On page 56, line 29, after "303," strike "401, 402,"

EFFECT:  Removes the Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, and Manicuring Advisory Board from the bill.  The Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, and Manicuring Advisory Board will not be abolished.
