     On page 3, after line 3, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows:

     This chapter does not apply to amounts retained by a seller for administration under RCW 82.08.050(2)."

     Renumber sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:  Exempts retailer compensation from B&O tax.
