     On page 2, line 12, after "develop" insert "radically"

     On page 2, line 13, strike "or of limited application to a selected group of students"

EFFECT: Adds the term radically as a qualifier for new or unproven teaching methods or techniques in experimental or pilot classes or courses and deletes the definitional qualifer of a limited application to a selected group of students from an experimental or pilot course or class.
