EFFECT: Deletes a study by the Legislative Budget Committee of the Department of Labor and Industries' workers' compensation program, including comparing the cost effectiveness, effectiveness in improving workplace safety and injury rates, and solvency of the state workers' compensation program operated through the state fund and through self-insurance with programs operated by private insurance or state-managed programs in other states.
