     On page 10, line 32, strike "$102,688,000" and insert "$103,388,000"

     On page 11, line 34, strike "$333,795,000" and insert "$334,495,000"

     On page 14, after line 27, insert: "(16) $700,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely to continue the  mortgage and rental assistance program to assist distressed communities."

EFFECT:  Adds $700,000 GF-S to CTED for the mortgage and rental assistance program.
