     On page 24, line 23, strike "40,382,000" and insert "67,163,000"

     On page 24, line 28, strike "70,848,000" and insert "97,629,000"

     On page 25, after line 28, insert

     "(d) $26,781,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely for intensive parole services for juvenile offenders."

EFFECT:  Provides $26.8 million in additional funds to the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration for intensive parole services.  Increases the general fund-state appropriation by $26,781,000.
