     On page 40, line 28, after "contractor." insert "  The contractor shall compensate employees at prevailing wage rates."

EFFECT:  Adds language in the Department of Correction's budget proviso related to the contracting for the operations of the Coyote Ridge facility, requiring that the contractor pay prevailing wage rates.
