     On page 24, line 16, after "lapse." insert: "$100,000 of the amount provided in this subsection is provided solely for the crosswalk program (Spokane youth shelter)."

EFFECT:  Earmarks $100,000 of the $23 million GF-S provided to implement the Becca Bill for the Crosswalk Program (Spokane Youth Shelter).  There is no fiscal impact.
