     On page 40, line 7, strike "531,931,000" and insert "532,195,000"

     On page 40, line 20, strike subsection (6)(b)

     Reletter succeeding parts of subection (6) accordingly.

EFFECT:  Restores funding in the Department of Correction's prison budget related to the operations of the sex offender treatment program at Twin Rivers.  Deletes the proviso prohibiting the department from operating the program after June 30, 1996.  Increases the general fund-state appropriation by $264,000.
