     On page 4, line 29, strike "the" and insert ":

     (1) The"

     On page 4, line 33, after "subdivision" strike "." and insert ";

     (2) The official distribution or use of material by a public school;

     (3) The official distribution or use of material by a health care provider, or health agency under the supervision and control, or funded in whole or in part by the state, county, municipality, or other political division of the state;

     (4) Devices designed for contraceptive purposes; or

     (5) The depiction of a female breast-feeding an infant."

EFFECT:  Adds exemptions for public schools, health care providers, health agencies under the supervision and control of a governmental unit, devices designed for contraceptive purposes, and the depiction of a female breast-feeding an infant.
