     On page 3, beginning on line 37, after "(c)" strike everything through "full-time job" on line 39 and insert: "Income that exceeds the highest paid forty hours or full-time equivalent of all the parent's jobs. The court has discretion to determine whether a job is a full-time equivalent and what are the highest paid hours"

EFFECT:  Income from second or additional jobs will be included in gross income if the income is part of the parent's highest paid forty hours or full-time equivalent.  All income derived from any combination of jobs that exceeds the highest paid 40 hours will be excluded from gross income.
