     On page 2, line 31 after "programs" strike all material through "children" on line 33

     On page 3, beginning on line 20, strike all of section 3

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Cancels the requirement that the monthly benefit payments for a family not be increased as a result of the caretaker becoming the biological parent of any additional child or children born more than ten months after the effective date of the caretaker's initial contract with the Department.
