     On page 4, line 25, strike "or"

     On page 4, line 27 after "months" insert "; or

     (e)  The caretaker would become homeless as a result of losing the monthly benefit payment"

EFFECT:  Provides an exemption to the twenty four month limit for caretakers who would become homeless if they lost their monthly benefit payment.
