     On page 5, line 17, after "her." insert "If there are insufficient guardians ad litem otherwise available, the court shall order the county prosecuting attorney to provide an attorney from his or her office to act as a guardian ad litem."

EFFECT:  Requires the county prosecutor to provide a guardian ad litem if there are not enough guardians otherwise available.
