     On page 1, line 14, after "shall" insert "contract with a recognized regional cancer research institution to" 

EFFECT:  Requires that the Department of Health contract with a recognized regional cancer research institution to conduct the summary of research.  Currently, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is the only recognized regional cancer research institution in this area.
