On page 1, line 16, after "health." insert "The person rendering emergency care must request the blood tests within one year of knowledge that he or she had contact with the blood of the injured person."
On page 2, line 4, after "care." insert "The injured person must request the blood tests within one year of knowledge that he or she had contact with the blood of the person rendering emergency care."
EFFECT: Limits the time within which a person may request the blood test of either an injured person or a person who rendered emergency care.
