    On page 1, after line 14, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 79.94 RCW to read as follows:

    The department of natural resources may sell or lease lands that were formerly aquatic lands, but are now uplands as a result of the change in water level of Lake Washington."
