     On page 3, line 27, beginning with "Unless" strike all material through "made, the" on line 29 and insert "The"

     On page 3, line 30, after "following" insert "and may not be waived"

     On page 5, line 20, beginning with "Unless" strike all material through "made, the" on line 22 and insert "The"

     On page 5, line 23, after "following" insert "and may not be waived"

EFFECT:  Duties that an agent for the seller and duties that an agent for the buyer are obligated to perform when buying and selling real estate, are limited to those duties set out in statute. These duties would replace common law duties applied to principal and agent in real estate matters.  This amendment would not allow these statutory duties to be changed or eliminated.
