     On page 58, line 18, after "development." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 58, line 27, after "development." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 59, line 3, after "development." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 59, line 22, after "RCW." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 59, line 31, after "RCW." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 60, line 6, after "RCW." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

     On page 60, line 16, after "RCW." insert "Any work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement, other than ordinary maintenance, that is performed by the owner or developer under this contract shall comply with the provisions of chapter 39.12 RCW."

EFFECT:  Reinserts language providing that the prevailing wage provisions of Chapter 39.12 RCW apply to contracts between a local government and property owner or developer to construct public improvements that in whole or part will serve the proposed development.
